The executive director of our company, Dejan Nikolić, and our director of technical and operational affairs, Mladen Lujić, participated this week in the Energy Summit in Trebinje, organized by „Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske“, the city of Trebinje and the company SET Trebinje.

This important international summit, whose institutional sponsors are the Government of the Republic of Srpska and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the general sponsor is the Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska, attracts a large number of company representatives, eminent experts and decision-makers in the fields of energy, economy, and industry every year. In addition to the highest representatives of the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Srpska and the region, Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, also participated in the Summit this year.

For our company, this summit was an important place to exchange ideas and experiences, strengthen ties with the business community, and gain insight into global and European trends in this economic sector.

“We are pleased to be participants in the regional energy summit in Trebinje. We have heard a lot of important strategic plans and ideas, and I must use the opportunity to praise the organization of the summit as well as the great hosts in Trebinje because everything was truly world-class. As one of the largest geological investors in the Republic of Srpska, we want to support all projects supported by the Government of the Republic of Srpska and the relevant ministry,” said Dejan Nikolić, executive director of Lykos Balkan Metals.

As before, Lykos Balkan Metals will continue to participate in and support all activities and events that contribute to good and innovative business practices.
