Bijeljina was the center of young handball talent in the region over the weekend.

Organized by the Handball Club "Bijeljina," the sixth edition of the "Bijeljina Handball Cup 2022" took place with the participation of over 1,000 male and female handball players from 58 clubs representing 5 countries.

In line with its high level of social responsibility, Lykos Balkan Metals provided support to this event.

We are particularly pleased that the entire project is dedicated to young people, elementary and high school students, with a focus on the numerous benefits of sports involvement and adopting healthy lifestyles.

This year, the camp was promoted by the legend of world handball, Nedeljko Jovanović, and the opening ceremony of the tournament was graced by the renowned basketball player of global caliber, Željko Rebrača.

After the participants' parade and welcoming speeches, the Handball Club "Bijeljina" presented certificates of appreciation for their contribution to the tournament organization. On behalf of Lykos Balkan Metals, the recognition was received by Mr. Mladen Lujić, a specialist in operational and technical affairs.

The event concluded with a fantastic fireworks display, followed by a fitting cocktail reception.
