At Lykos Balkan Metals, we believe in fostering a culture of knowledge and transparency. In accordance with this determination, at the beginning of the week, our colleague geologist - Enes Kurdić held an informative presentation on the Code of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC). The primary objective of this session was to empower our employees with a fundamental insight into this important industry standard, which we are required to adhere to as an Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listed company.
The JORC Code, a globally recognized framework for the classification and reporting of mineral resources and ore reserves, plays a key role in our business. In his presentation, Enes broke down the essential components of the Code, highlighting its importance in the geological exploration industry.
During the presentation, employees gained a deeper understanding of the JORC Code guidelines and best practices, ensuring our team is well-informed and adheres to the highest standards in resource assessment and reporting. This knowledge not only improves our internal processes, but also strengthens our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
Lykos remains committed to fostering an environment where knowledge is shared, enabling our employees to thrive in an ever-evolving industry.
