Representatives of our company - executive director Dejan Nikolić and finance director Ivana Kisin, on Friday, March 3, 2023. had a meeting with the Minister of Finance of Republika Srpska Zora Vidović in the Ministry of Finance. At the meeting, they informed the minister Vidović about the work of our company as one of the largest investors in the field of geological exploration in the Republic of Srpska. They also discussed the experiences and obstacles that our Company faces in its work.
Our colleagues informed Minister Vidović of the fact that the exploration projects we carry out can significantly contribute to the further economic development and prosperity of Republika Srpska, that we employ a significant number of residents of the local communities of Čajniče and Jezero during the geological exploration season, and that by investing in infrastructure and social responsibility projects, we contribute to the improvement of the economic situation in those municipalities.
In addition, we discussed the necessity of systemic support for investors and the necessity of creating favorable conditions for new investments in the Republika Srpska. The minister supported all investments in Republika Srpska, and pointed out that she considers business operations and investments of our company as particularly significant due to investments in underdeveloped municipalities with small budgets that are in dire need of investments. She assessed the meeting as the first step in further cooperation, which has the potential to positively influence the economic situation in the Republic of Srpska through joint projects.
Our representatives expressed satisfaction with the fact that the Ministry of Finance of the Republika Srpska see the potential of our projects and of the already achieved positive effect both on the local communities where we operate, and on the economy of the Republika Srpska. Support of this kind is very important for the realization of plans and further successful work.
